The whole system is refurbished, including transmitter (mic) receiver (pendant) and charger. If any parts are beyond economic repair we would contact you before charging you for replacement parts (for example, a replacement Pendant would cost £175 + VAT). 99% of the time, repairs are possible within the standard repair service.

Cost is £79  including return shipping, and the repairs are warranted for 6 Months,

Repairs are usually returned within 2 days, but at some times of year can take up to 3 weeks. Please ask if there’s a hurry!

 If your device needs new batteries we can install these for you inclusive of the £22 battery cost.
